My Favorite CBD Bath Bombs

If you’re following me on Instagram, you may have noticed me mentioning CBD bath bombs from Whipped Up Wonderful, so I thought I’d elaborate more about them in a blog post.

 

My best friend, Jess, introduced me to these Lush-like bath bombs that contain CBD, as a means to help with my anxiety and insomnia.

What is CBD?

According to Whipped Up Wonderful, Cannabidiol or CBD is collected from the resin glands of marijuana or hemp. The short story is CBD derived from marijuana is typically only available in certain states through prescriptions, while it’s hemp derived cousin is legal. Hemp CBD contains no traceable amounts of THC (the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana).

 

The results? Awesome. In fact, the first time I used one, I was ready for bed at 8 pm. And they smell AMAZING. If you’re a fan of Lush bath bombs, you’ll love these because they are very similar in quality, but WAY MORE AFFORDABLE. And CBD, so…
