I struggle with anxiety. Massive anxiety, at times. I’ve worked very hard the past four years to learn healthy coping skills, how to pinpoint my triggers and the importance of listening to my body. It’s daily work, but work that has the best payoff – inner peace. Don’t get me wrong – this peace takes daily practice, habit, and routine. I’m not perfect at it in the least. I have days that I forget to prioritize it. Many days.
